Commissioners in attendance: Teraissa McGovern was the only member in attendance. Staff in Attendance: Kevin Rayes, Community Development Planner Kate Johnson, Assistant City Attorney Mike Sear, Deputy City Clerk COMMISSIONER COMMENTS None STAFF COMMENTS Ms. Johnson stated staff was informed there would not be enough P&Z members for a quorum for today’s hearing so all hearings must be continued to May 2, 2023 at 4:30 pm in the Pearl Pass Meeting Room at City Hall. PUBLIC COMMENTS None APPROVAL OF MINUTES None DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST None PUBLIC HEARINGS Lumberyard Affordable Housing Development – Continued from March 21st and April 4th for Consideration of a Recommendation Major Public Project | Amendments to Official Zone District Map | Planned Development (Project Review and Detailed Review) | Major Subdivision | Transportation and Parking | Growth Management Quota System | Variations from Residential Design Standards Ms. McGovern opened the hearing and moved to continue it until May 2, 2023 at 4:30 pm in the Pearl Pass Meeting Room at City Hall Ms. McGovern then closed the hearing. OTHER BUSINESS None ADJOURN Ms. McGovern motioned and approved to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 4:33 PM. Cindy Klob, Records Manager
