r THE CITY OF ASPEN RESOLUTION 16 (Series of 2015) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ASPEN AND RIDER LEVETT BUCKNALL LTD, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT AMENDMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO. WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council a contract amendment for Burlingame Ranch Phase IIAii Construction Management between the City of Aspen and Rider Leven Bucknall Ltd, a true and accurate copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, That the City Council of the City of Aspen hereby approves the contract amendment for Burlingame Ranch Phase IIAii Construction Management between the City of Aspen and Rider Levett Bucknall Ltd, a copy of which is annexed hereto and incorporated herein, and does hereby authorize the City Mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Aspen. INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by t City ouncil of th City of As en on the 26th day of January 26 2015. Linda Man ng, City Clerk Page 3 of 3 i 4 EXHIBIT A I E January 26, 2015 Amendment.No. 8.4 To the AIA Document C132-2009 Standard form of Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager as Adviser for the Burlingame Ranch Phase II Project dated March 28, 2014 The C132 contract is in place for construction management/project management work for Buildings 5-7. The Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager for the Project is amended effective January 26, 2015, as follows: J 1: The Construction Manager shall continue to provide Services as described the Agreement, AIA Document C132 and AIA Document A201, for additional Construction Administration/Project Management services to June 30, 2015. 2. Per the revised fee matrix exhibit, Section 11.1.2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the Basic Compensation paid to the Construction Manager by$95,195.00, for this , 2015 additional services as follows: Base C132 Amendment 8.2 and 8.3 for Construction Admin $275,468.00 Amendment No. 8.4 (this amendment) 2015 extension $ 95,1.95.00 Subtotal C132 Contract work $390,663.00 3.
