A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN,
COLORADO, AMENDING RESOLUTION #10, SERIES OF 2015
ESTABLISHING THE ELECTION TYPE FOR THE MAY 5TH, 2015 GENERAL
MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE A MAIL BALLOT ELECTION WITH A
VOTING CENTER TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL VOTING CENTERS.
WHEREAS, Resolution #10, Series of 2015 was adopted January 12, 2015
establishing the May 5, 2015 general election and runoff election (if necessary) to
be conducted as a mail ballot election with a vote center at City Hall.
WHEREAS, City Council is desirous to have additional vote centers for the
May 5, 2015 election and runoff(if necessary).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO,
Section 1
The May 5 2015 general municipal election will be conducted y g p o ducted as a mail
ballot election with voting centers located at City Hall and The Red Brick. If a '
run-off election is required it will be conducted in the same manner as the general
election.
Section 2
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Aspen on the 161h day of March, 2015. ;

foregoing is a true and accurate copy of that resolution adopted by the City
Council of the City of Aspen, Colorado, at a meeting held March 16, 2015
