WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council Contract Option between the City of Aspen, Colorado and NEOPLAN USA a copy of which is annexed hereto and part thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO. Section One That the City Council of the City of Aspen hereby approves that Contract Option between the City of Aspen, Colorado, and NEOPLAN USA regarding the purchase of one bus, a copy of which is annexed hereto and incorporated herein, and does hereby authorize the City Manager to execute said Contract Option on behalf of the City of Aspen. RFTA is a sub-recipient of a grant awarded by the Federal Transit Administration, which will be used to fund, in part, the procurement of this equipment.
