PLAT HAS BEEN PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY COUNCIL
ORDINANCE NUMBER 4 SERIES OF 2005, AND HISTORIC
PRESERVATION COMMISSION RESOLUTION NUMBER 6 SERIES OF
2005. THE LANDS AFFECTED BY THIS PLAT ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF SAID APPROVALS. AND BY ALL APPLICABLE LAND
USE REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF ASPEN.
2 NO FURTHER SUBDIVISION OF THESE LOTS MAY BE GRANTED NOR WILL
