The east elevation, under the arch, does not replicate the older picture we've been looking at. I'm looking to see the arch divided into three sections (not four, as drawn). The center section should be the width of a standard door. All of the glazing should meet the ground/planter, with no horizontal mullions. It is ok if you use film or something to black out the windows, only as high as necessary to conceal the bar, not to exceed standard counter height. I also want to ensure that you are removing the copper cladding from the arch. Please amend the application. Again, if you don't want to design the fagade this way, HPC must review. I can only sign offon restoration to original condition. Please let me know how the planter will be repaired. I'm not sure why it was beingdemolished. How will you match the brickthat remains? 1 ..
