The Plan addresses the following: o Focuses on activities that are truly critical: Not all construction activities are of equal urgency, those activities that are m cst critical to job progression will be prioritized, to allow for better separation of the workforce. When considering whether a project is critical, the following factors were considered: o W lather the project is under construction already and thus requires active traffic m aiagem fait (in the case of a transportation project) or other work zone safety m casures that benefit from ongoing activity; o W lather deferral of a start date on a project would underm he public safety or continuity of operations for critical infrastructure; o W lather the project can feasibly be done with social distancing m ensures as detailed above. o Encourages deferral of non-essential work I. Responsibilities of Managers and Supervisors All m aiagers and supervisors m tst be fam liar with this Plan and be ready to answer questions from em zioyees. Managers and supervisors m tst set a good exam fle by following this Plan at all times. This involves practicing good personal hygiene and jobsite safety practices to prevent the spread of the virus. Managers and supervisors m tst encourage this sam ebehavior from all em floyees. II. Responsibilities of Em ployees The Com zany is asking every one of our em Iloyees to help with our prevention efforts while at work. In order to m him ke the spread of COVID-19 at our jobsites, everyone mist play their part. If you have a specific question about this Plan or COVID-19, please ask your m aiager or supervisor. If they cannot answer the question, please contact Jeff Britt OSHA and the CDC have provided the following control and preventative guidance for all workers, regardless of exposure risk: ❑ Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
