Original St. Aspen,CO 81611 Repair Scope of Work Letter By G.F. WOODS CONSTRUCTION general contracting+construction management The scope of work associated with the repair permit for 520 S. Original St. Unit A is as follows for two existing patios along with two existing skylights. Demolition of existing patio horizontal surface build up. Minimal selective siding demolition in proximity to patio structure tie in. Demolition of exiting sliders and swing doors that tie into patio structures. Selective deconstruction of patio steel railings, to be reused. Demolition of patio parapet wall and bench seats. Selective demolition of gutters and deck flashing elements. Analysis of patio structural elements integrity, and corrective demolition and repair work as necessary and approved by engineer retained on project. New horizontal build up membrane waterproofing assembly installation. Mud set stone paver installation. Flashing repair tie in and new sliding and swing door installation. Reconstruction of existing parapet wall and bench seat along with siding tie in, railing install and stain and paint. Skylight roofing repair will be completed by cutting back existing membrane roofing to expose structural steel elements. A wood framed curb will be constructed around the steel elements,properly insulated, and sheeted. Roofing membrane tie in to wrap the curb and new metal flashing caps installed over top curb elements.
