To whom it may concern,
The Architectural Control Committee of Double Bar X /Stage Road
Homeowners Association has reviewed and approved the Final Plan
submission for the [OYSTER SHORES LLC] Residence (Lot 7) Main and ADU
structures. It is the understanding of the ACC and homeowner that the
final landscaping plan (specimens in place on site), exterior materials
(physically submitted), and curtain wall mock-up are subject to the ACC
final approval. The board has unanimously approved this submission as
it complies with the architectural design checklist and sensibilities of
the HOA guidelines.
