Below are snips of the design and as- built drawings showing the difference. The slopes of the pipes are now steeper than the design so capacity isn't an issue. The designed pipe slopes were 2% while the as-built slopes are 10.2% and 4.2%. The BMP for this area was always intended to be the drywell and swales were not considered official BMPs but just additional treatment utilizing the treatment train approach. This as-built conditions still meets all City of Aspen's requirements for the BMP storage and piping capacities. We deem this as-built condition functional and adequate.
