The findings of our subsurface exploration and percolation testing are presented in this report. The percolation test was performed according to our agreement for professional services with Oyster Shores, LLC dated February 7, 2018. The percolation test was requested to be performed at a proposed drywell near the northwest corner of the building envelope as shown on Figure 1 to meet City of Aspen requirements. An exploratory boring was drilled down into the natural silty clayey sandy gravel and cobble soils and percolation testing was performed in the completed borehole. A log of the exploratory boring is shown on Figures 2. Results of percolation testing performed at the boring location are summarized in Table 1 and indicate a rate of about 5 minutes per inch. The groundwater level and bedrock in this area are generally known to be relatively deep and should not adversely impact the drywell design.
