ACCORDING TO FIGURE 7.1d OF THE CITY OF ASPEN URBAN RUNOFF MANAGEMENT PLAN(DECEMBER 2014),A PORTION OF LOT 7IS WITHIN "AREA WITH SLOPES GREATER THAN 30%". NO PART OF THE BUILDING ENVELOPE IS WITHIN THIS AREA. 2. Identify whether each monument is found or placed and provide reference information as applicable. MONUMENTS ARE ALL#5 REBAR AND 1.25"PLASTIC CAP STAMPED L.S. #28643, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. SEE SURVEY LEGEND ADDED TO ALL SHEETS AND SURVEY NOTE 7, SHEET/ 3. Include flood zone designation with the proper annotation based on the Federal Flood Insurance Rate Maps. SURVEY NOTE 12 HAS BEEN ADDED TO SHEET 1:SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN AN AREA HAVING A ZONE DESIGNATION X, AREA DETERMINED TO BE OUTSIDE THE 0.2%ANNUAL CHANCE FLOODPLAIN, BY THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, ON FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAP NO. 08097CO201 C, WITH AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JUNE 4, 1987 FOR COMMUNITY NUMBERS 080143 AND 080287, IN PITKIN COUNTY, STATE OF COLORADO, WHICH IS THE CURRENT FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAP FOR THE COMMUNITY IN WHICH SAID PROPERTY IS SITUATED.
