When the size of delivery trucks will impact traffic, a traffic control will be submitted to and coordinated with the Engineering Department. Deliveries will be coordinated so that only one delivery vehicle will be on site at any given time. Deliveries will be scheduled before 10am to the greatest extent possible. Delivery vehicles and all other on-site vehicles will not be allowed to idle for more than five (5) minutes, with the exception of generators or PTO type operations. The plan shall address site conditions during construction operations, after normal working hours, and during various phases of construction. The plan shall include the name and the 24 hour phone number of a responsible party.
