Dear Rally,
As requested, I have reviewed the architectural plans received May 13, 2017 for the
proposed remodel at the project referenced above. It is my understanding that the
structural work is limited to reconfiguring portions of the unit's interior wall framing.
Based on the information available and my understanding based on your description, the
structure does not appear to rely on the unit's interior partition walls, therefore, the
proposed remodel does not appear to have any effect on the existing structure. I would
appreciate the opportunity to review the structure once the demolition is in progress to
confirm this opinion.
