FOR THE LITTLE AJAX CONDOMINIUMS
This Second Amendment("Amendment") to CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION FOR THE
LITTLE AJAX CONDOMINIUMS "(the Declaration") effective as of the 28th day of May,
2007, is made and entered into by Little Ajax Condominium Association, a Colorado Non-Profit
Corporation("Declarant").
RECITAL S
A. Declarant is the record owner of that certain real property situated in Pitkin County,

J Now therefore, Declarant hereby amends the Declaration as set forth below

Sentences 6-8 of Section 7.18 of the Declaration beginning with the word "Each..." are
amended in their entirety to read as follows:
Each has been equipped with a limited common area suitable for a patio. Any of
.�.0 these Unit Owners may install said patio if it is built exactly according to the drawing
attached hereto as Exhibit "D," or according to other plans approved by the Homeowners.
1. The condominium map will be revised to show revised limited common areas on the
north and south side of the building
2. Except as amended hereby, the Declaration remains in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Declarant has executed this amendment effective
as of the 28th of May, 2007.
