100 E DEAN ST UNIT 3B
Due to a flood that happened this summer, during exterior renovations to the building, the owners of unit 3B have been
faced with a repair-renovation. The flood destroyed the ceiling drywall, lighting, flooring, and various cabinetry. The
owners would like to renovate the unit leaving all plumbing fixtures in their original locations other than the primary shower
will be extended roughly 1' to allow for a larger shower and the existing laundry machines will be relocated.
