Thank you for your review and the opportunity to respond to your comments. Please find responses to
your comments for 501 E Dean St—0019-2022-BCOM below in blue.
I have completed my review and have found the following list of things that are still incorrect. Please
revise the electrical plan, luminaire schedule, and the lighting spec sheet(s) to match. Please notify me
when the modified documents have been uploaded to SalesForce and I will pick it back up for a final
review before signing off
ENTRY LVL 1 WITH STAIR: F8 watts are lOW on the lighting spec sheet and comcheck, and the
luminaire schedule says 20W
The F8 spec sheet is revised (annotated for manufacturer supplied wattage restriction labels) to 2x 10W
lamps for a 20W fixture total. The spec sheet now matches the ComCheck and Luminaire Schedule.
RECEPTION:LI only shows 1 fixture on the electrical plan, but the comcheck says there are 4
This was an issue of tagging the light fixtures, pardon the confusion this may have caused. Each light
fixture is now individually tagged. Please note that 4 of the 8 L1 fixtures are in the vestibule and the
remaining 4 are over the stair, shown on the L2 "Owner's Lobby"plan: E7-01.E.1
OWNER'S LOBBY: F13A has a fixture wattage of 35W on the comcheck, but the light spec sheet and
luminaire schedule say 14W
The F13A is revised on the ComCheck to 14W,consistent with the spec sheet and luminaire schedule.
OWNER'S LOBBY: F13B has a fixture wattage of 25W on the comcheck, but the light spec sheet and
luminaire schedule say l0W
The F13B is revised on the ComCheck to 10W, consistent with the spec sheet and luminaire schedule. �/

The L2 linear light wattage is being approached differently for this response. This is an LED tape that is
cut to size in the field. For the purpose of ComCheck, Luminaire Schedule, and spec sheet we have opted
for the maximum allowable wattage of the driver, 96W. This will allow a maximum of 48 linear feet of
LED tape(2W* 48' =96W). This"not to exceed"annotation is now on the spec sheet.

lighting spec sheet says 20W
