Dear Claude,
Thank you for your review and the opportunity to respond to your comments. Please find responses to
your comments for 501 E Dean St—0019.2022.BCOM below in blue.
1. Please note the outdoor lighting will be required to meet Section Sec. 26.575.150. - Outdoor lighting,
e, nonresidential lighting standards.
The project design team and ownership have decided to retract the two (2) proposed entry sconces
from the scope of the project. The entry sconces have been revised in the plans to `existing to
remain'.
a. Please provide a cut sheet and information for the proposed exterior lights at the entry.
No further cutsheets are to be provided for the entry sconces as they are now retracted from
the scope of the project.
b. The illustration of the proposed sconce does not appear to meet Code, see sheet 37 of 49.
i. Sheet A.121 Proposed Floor Plan Ll (sheet 11 of 49)
Sheet A.121 Proposed Floor Plan L1 (sheet 11 of 49) is revised to remove the entry
sconces from the scope of the project: "revised entry sconces eliminated from scope
of project,existing sconces to remain".
ii. Sheet A.601 Enlarged Entry Door(sheet 37 of 49)
Sheet A.601 Enlarged Entry Door (sheet 37 of 49) is revised, depicting the existing
entry sconces to remain.
Uploaded to salesforce are the revised sheets for architecture: 90.Architectural Zoning Response 1
