10am 2024 Finalized Grant Awards
presented by Natalie B.
- Checks sent out by Finance Department to each organization
-Every awarded organization should receive their check by Mid
May.
- Added by John B.: Delivered smaller funding awards compared
to LY, this caused historically more 1:1 conversations with
organizations then we had in the previous years. Especially with
applicants/ organizations that received historically a certain
grant award every year.
-Final Celebration of the Youth and Adults on May 16 at the
Wheeler (Vault Bar Lobby)
- This event will include participating artists, their friends and
families, program staff, and the facilitators who led each cohort
of adult and youth artists.
-The artists will each give a brief presentation about how the
fellowship impacted their work and their ability to contribute to
Aspen’s reinvigorated artistic community.
-Now called Nonprofit Community Impact Academy (NCIA)
-Application window is closing on May 2, 2024.
- So far we have received 6 submitted applications, the eligibility
review will be performed by COA staff next week.
-John D. will be leading this program again.
-Eligibility has changed to LY, organizations outside of the HHS
sector would need to have project or program that is HHS
centric.
- The program model has changed to become more of what the
original vision was. The final deliverable will be an organizational
sustainability plan, a new governance model between boards
and executive directors, basically helping the organization get
better and are are centered around financial stability.
