1015 WATERS REVSIONS BY PLAN SET: Submitted with the Change Order 10-1-19
Note:
1. All Revised Drawings in Plan Sets are Dated 10-1-19.
2. All plan sets submitted are the Complete Plans.
3. The footprint of the building remains the same as the permitted set of
drawings.
4. The bedroom count at 5 remains the same as the permitted set.
5. The Water fixture count remains the same as the permitted set.
6. The Building has been lifted out of the ground 2', s we are permitted to use the
Historic Grade Determination for our Grades with respect to height and new
finish grades. The historic survey and the approved determination was
submitted and approved in the Permitted Set. This change order revises the
finish grades.
A-Architecture.1015Waters.ChangeOrder.2019.10.
1. A-CVR: Added 3-D Imagery and Updated Index
2. L-1 to L5 Updated Landscape Drawings to reflect new location of Hot Tub,
and New finished grades.
3. A-002 Snowmelt: Additional areas of Snowmelt are identified and REMP
sheet has been updated.
1. A-100 Lower Level Plan: Floor plan changes to bedrooms/baths
2. A-101 Main Level Plan:
1. New Roof Design over Entry Porch
2. Floor Plan Change of the elimination of interior steps to the Master
Bedroom are eliminated.
3. Minor Floor Plan Revisions to Bath 2 and Master Closet
4. Hot tub and Deck with Hot Tub added to Master Bedroom Patio (See L-1)
3. A-102 Upper Floor Plan:
1. Masonry Fireplace is replacing Gas Appliance
2. Additional Outdoor Deck is added and Trellis's are added.
3. Pantry is relocated to North of Breakfast Area
4. A-103 Roof Floor Plan:
1. Roof design is revised to add pitched roofs at the north roof over the
Entry and Kitchen.
2. Roof design creates 4' overhangs.
3. Gutter and downspout Locations are revised due to new roof pitches.
5. A-201 to A-204 Building Elevations
1. New Window Design on all 4 Elevations due to Roof re-design.

2. Windows Specifications have changed to Western Windows and Doors.
Specifications and U values are included in the Change4 Order in the
Document Section.
6. A-301 to A-404 Building Sections
1. All Building Sections have been revised to reflect the new floor plans and
roof design.
7. A-402-A-802: these drawings have been revised to reflect new floor plans
and details stated above.

Architectural Plans and Landscape Plans per the revisions to final grade and

1. The Mechanical Engineering Drawings have been revised to coordinate with documents. Plea
the final design of the Floor plans, roof and windows. The Mechanical try uploading then
equipment approved in the Permitted Set remains the same. again when
resubmitting.
Z-Zoning.1015Waters.ChangeOrder.2019.10.
1. The Zoning Drawings have been revised to coordinate with the final design of
the Floor plans, roof and windows. The Floor area calculations and Height
Calculations have been revised to reflect the new grades and new floor plans.
2. I had a meeting with Jim Pomeroy, Zoning Officer to review the plan changes
and the Historic grade and final grades and it was verified that the revised
grades and drawings accurately reflect the intent of the Zoning rules
regarding Historic grades.
D-Documents.1015Waters.ChangeOrder.2019.10.
1. The only documents that need to be re-submitted for the Change Order and
as requested are listed below. The remaining documents of the permitted
set are not being changed.
1. Building Permit Application, Page 1 for Change Order
2. Contact Sheet
3. HOA Signed form
4. Fireplace Registration and Specifications for Masonry Fireplace added to
the upper Floor
5. REMP Calculations. This R#EMP form is also on A-004 Snowmelt Diagrams
6. Western Windows and Doors Performance Spec specifically for this job.
