HYMAN AVE., ASPEN COLORADO ZONING VERIFICATION LETTER To Whom It May Concern; This cover letter is to accompany the As-Built Height Over Topography Drawing for the residence located at 121 E Hyman Ave. in Aspen, Colorado described more specifically as follows: Building Permit: 0149.2018.ARBK Name of Project: Cayton Residence Remodel Owner name: Andrea Cayton Trust Contractor: Hansen Construction The basis of bearings for this survey is a found rebar with a red plastic cap LS 16129 at the NW corner of Lot A and a found rebar with a yellow plastic cap at the SE corner of Lot B, said bearing being S 75°09'11"E. Building and improvement locations were determined with a Geodimeter 610 total station using modern line of sight survey techniques and have been shown on the Drainage As-Built Survey. Ground elevations were determined using the site benchmark located at the northwest corner of Lot A which is tied to City of Aspen GIS Monuments#2 and#3,having an elevation of 7908.31'. To determine the two roof elevations,we used also used a Geodimeter 610 total station. Final elevations are reflected on the stamped"Height Over Topography"drawing attached.
