Pre-Submission Packet Completeness Review 585 Cemetery Lane THE C'nl OF ASPEN Information & Documentation Checklist Aspen,CO 81611 (970)920-5120 Effective June 22, 2017, City of Aspen Water Efficient Landscaping Standards, Ordinance#16, Series 2017, shall apply to the following projects that use City of Aspen potable water: Landscaping, grading, installing or disturbing hardscapes,additions to structures,etc. that meet the requirements of a Major Engineering Review (a disturbance area greater than 1,000 square feet) and 25% of the entire site OR All interior alterations with a work area that affects 50% or greater of the existing gross square footage Links to the Water Efficient Landscaping Standards,the Water Budget Analysis& Calculation Sheet and the Water Ordinance Fact Sheet can be found at: www.citvofasnen.com/water.
