1.AS-BUILT STORM PIPE FROM SLOT DRAIN TO BIORETENTION POND WITH A 0.96% SLOPE
HAS CAPACITY TO CONVEY THE 100YR DESIGN PEAK FLOWRATE (O.25 CFS) FROM ONSITE
AND OFFSITE BASINS. THE 100YR FLOW DEPTH IN THE AS-BUILT 4" STORM PIPE IS 0.30'.
2.THE AS-BUILT ACO SLOT DRAIN WAS INSTALLED PER DESIGN AND HAS ACCESS UNIT FOR
MAINTENANCE. THE AS-BUILT SLOT DRAIN AND DRIVEWAY HAS CAPACITY TO CAPTURE
100% OF THE 100YR FLOWRATE (0.25 CFS) OF THE ON AND OFFSITE TRIBUTARY DRAINAGE
BASINS. AS-BUILT CALCULATIONS FOR THE SLOT DRAIN WITH A 50% CLOGGING FACTOR

AS-BUILT WEIR HAS A CAPACITY OF 0.467 CFS.
4.DESIGN DRAINAGE PATTERNS WERE MAINTAINED PER SURVEY AS-BUILT.
5.THE BIORETENTION POND HAS THE MINIMUM DEPTH AND AREA TO PROVIDE WATER
QUALITY FOR TRIBUTARY, AS-BUILT IMPERVIOUS AREAS ONSITE, SIDEWALK AND R.O.W.
