the building.No plumbing fixtures will be added,only replaced. Fine Homebuilding to provide structural engineering design services for the
remodeVrenovation of the above referenced property.We anticipate being involved
through the demolition,design,and construction phases of the project. I have reviewed
the proposed plans of the proposed remodel dated December 10,2018 for their feasibility
and impact on the existing structure.The project scope is understood to be the removal of
some interior partition walls and new interior finishes.Based on the scope of work
proposed,the likelihood of structural implications to the existing structure appears to be
low.Albright&Associates has observed the existing conditions and found the two walls
being removed are non-structural. Ifyou have any questions regarding this project,please
contact me for additional information.
