Hailey the deck is not being demolished. Can you give me a call to discuss. Perhaps there is some
scope/drawing clarifications. Also I was not aware interior renovation counted toward the figure.
Let's connect on this today and I'll make sure the scope is appropriate for a minor drainage report. I
also have a question regarding your comment on the swale.

Michael,
I have reviewed the plans for 267 Roaring Fork Drive. Please respond to the following two
comments.
1. Verify the disturbance area. From my calcs which are below I get a disturbance area of 1087 sf.
This is right at the 1,000 sf threshold for a major engineering requirement. The plans need to
demonstrate the disturbance area is at 1,000 sf to take the permit in as a minor. Please provide
a site plan that shows the full extent of the exterior disturbance area.
a. 425 sf—New garage footprint
b. 189 sf—lower deck removal
c. 329 sf—disturbance area around the garage for construction
d. 144 sf—New walkway between the house and garage.
2. Demonstrate the swale adjacent to the garage will not discharge any runoff onto the
neighboring property.
