Bleeker Street site retaining walls Aspen, CO To whom it may concern, This letter is to inform you that Albright&Associates has been retained to design all site retaining walls for the above referenced project. The current site landscape plans indicate multiple site walls which are not attached to the house. The landscape architect is indicating both concrete and exposed steel retaining walls. The walls have relatively low grade to grade retention and would not necessarily require frost protection. The exact wall heights will be determined during excavation based on site conditions such as existing fences and protected tree roots. An agent of the owner will provide a copy of our design and recommendations to the building department for your review prior to construction.
