8.Provide matching forms and sizes for plant materials within each species and size designated on the
drawings.
9.Align and equally space in all directions shrubs so designated per these notes and drawings.
10.Finish grades of shrub areas and lawns shall be 1 1/2 inches below adjacent paving or header to
accommodate for mulch layer and sod height.
11.Remove all burlap and any wires entirely from rootballs of balled and burlaped plant materials.

As per WELS Section 5.4.1 (e), "all landscape plantings for properties located in the Moderate or High Wildfire Hazards zone of the
City must be firewise". The tight spacing of Colorado Spruce and other non-firewise plants (existing and proposed) in under-story is
a concern. Please address this issue further.
