A-8.1C Range Hood Details—New sheet depicting detailing of Kitchen range hood.
A-10.1 Details- New sheet detailing planting bed wall section and patio stair east of the house.This
sheet depicts the lighting coordinated with the lighting designer.
A-10.6 Fire Pit—Details for Fire Pit. Supplemental narrative and burner specifications are also provided
in this submittal.
A-10.9B Trench Drain at Garage- New sheet detailing trench drain at garage.
A-10.10 Back Yard Patio Plan - New Sheet depicting plan for permeable back patio and firepit.This sheet
includes This sheet includes coordinated permeable paving, and additional exterior lighting.
Supplemental specifications for fire pit burner, and specification narrative from custom fabricator are
also included.
A-10.11 Snowmelt Plan- New sheet depicting front porch and driveway snowmelt plan.This sheet
includes coordinated permeable paving, and insulated permeable snow melted walkways, additional
exterior lighting. Updated REMP calculations are also provided in this submittal.The portion of the
driveway that is in the ROW is shown on A-10.11. We are preparing a permanent encroachment
application for the portion of driveway that is in the ROW up to but not beyond the edge of Snowbunny
Lane.
A-11.3 Cricket at Entry—Provides supplemental detail to A-3.4 of cricket, and leader head at Entry
Porch.
C5- Revisions to the detailing of the full infiltration pervious pavers by the civil engineer now include
geotextile and %"steel edging. Revisions to the typical concrete slab trench drain now include
geotextile, and 3"total of perforated insulation board to maintain permeability.
LIGHT-001 Lighting schedules (spec. sheets also included in submittal) depicting new outdoor lighting at
steps. All new outdoor lighting is dark sky compliant.
LIGHT- 101 Lighting plans depicting new outdoor lighting at steps. All new
outdoor lighting is dark sky compliant.
Letter from Structural Engineer describing approval for minor framing changes
