It does not appear to be a light. The symbol is in the perennial beds,the lawn, etc. Sheet Z1.06,Z1.07: FAR • Provide detail for guard locations. Indicate 'open to below' where the deck has been removed. • Main floor FA changed from 2,221.84 to 2,251.88;where has the 30.4' been added? • Main floor FA for the auto court changed from 715.97 to 839.18; where has the 123.21' been added?Please add gridlines that include the auto court. • The auto court is stated as 715.9 sq ft and 839.18 in sq ft for floor area?Please correct this discrepancy in the FA table. • Please provide a roof area plan,with a legend in the zoning sheets. The master permit had the roof level;the change order lacks the roof level. • Please provide unique fills or color for projections at the roof and main levels.Please provide a unique fill or color for trellis and green roof areas. • Sheets A1.22-A1.24 Roof Plan illustrate that roof projection extending beyond gridline L& C. However,the Zoning Sheet A1.07, detail 2: Main Floor Area Plan Proposed illustrates the projection at the roof level to end at Gridline C&L. Please address the discrepancy.As noted below,the projection at the roof level may exceed 4' if the and the area under the projection will be counted as deck. This project does not have the floor area to accommodate a projection beyond 4'. • Subgrade calculations: Please add the wall height and length to the wall segments. • Wall segment 2;please amend to be 294.63 (not 273.69). The FA table lists the total wall area is consistent with the master permit and listed as 294.63 correctly. A1.01: Site Plan and A1.02 Snowmelt Plan • This sheet(and others)illustrates two stairs from the West edge of the patio. The patio shall be within 6"of finished grade at every point that patio is adjacent to grade (section 26.575.020(D)6 Patio). Please amend the finished grade to be 6"from the patio surface. • Please update the Site Plan; add the entire detail of the auto court. The master permit Site Plan has the complete auto court. Sheet A1.05 Main Level Floor Plan: • Please indicate the removal of the decks with 'open to below'. • Please provide all the refenced details,E/A3.05,D/A3.04, C/A3.03,A/A3.01. • The plans indicate a TOFF for each area where deck was once proposed. A finished floor is not approved in these areas. As 'open to below' there is not TOFF for this area. • The Door details for doors 201, 202, 203,205, 206 and 215; are not consistent with open to below; please address this issue. • Sheet A6.03 Door Schedule lacks the detail for door 215. Sheet A1.22—A1.24 Roof Plan • Sheet A1.22: Detail E on Sheet A3.05 was not available • Sheet A1.22: Detail D on Sheet A3.04 was not available • Sheet A1.22: Detail A on Sheet A3.01 was not available • Please provide the sheets and all the most current referenced details. • Pursuant to the limitations of floor area and consistent with the zoning sheets this area shall be 'open to below'. • The at grade patio will be counted in deck if the overhang above the patio exceeds 4'; section 26.575.020(D)(6)Patio. Sheet S.2.05 East Main Floor Framing Plan • Please amend the structural plan to be consistent with the limitations of deck in the zoning sheets. • The 'open to below' shall be added to the south facing area where deck was once proposed. • Please provide the West Main Floor Framing Plan; the sheet is missing from the structural set. Sheet S.2.07 East Roof Framing Plan and S.2.08 West Roof Faming Plan • The projection of the roof beyond the wall is not consistent with patio exemption. Please amend the projection. Change Order set dated 01.31.2020 Sheet A1.22—2.01 Roof Plan A2.02—A2.05 Elevations A3.01 —A3.05 Building Section A7.02—A7.07 Floor and Roof Assemblies&Details Sheet A3.03 -A3.05 and Building Sections • Sheet A3.03: Detail 10 on Sheet A7.03 was not available;please provide the sheet and detail. Pursuant to the limitations of floor area and consistent with the zoning sheets this area should not have a deck floor. It is an area that is suppose to be 'open to below'. Sheet A3.01-A3.05: • Detail 8 on A7.07,the length of the projection is too long to qualify for the exemption. The exemption allows for a projection of 4'; if the projection is over 4' the area below the projection is counted as deck.
