2. remove existing glass in all historic doors and windows (except those with art
glass) and replace with 1/2" double-pane glazing
3. review with HPC staff & monitor exterior storm windows over historic art glass
4. replacement of historic bedroom egress window DDD
5. replacement of 1985 (non-historic) door and window to remove divided lights

and upper deck, east deck, brick, wood siding, metal fence.
Full replacement: wood shingle roof, in-kind replacement of all 1985 Windows
and doors
