ASPEN BUILDING DEPARTMENT JEDI Balancing, Inc. 568 Briggs Street(physical) P.O.Box 525 (mail) JEDI Erie,CO. 80516 Balancing Phone(720)839-5333 www.jedihalancing.com Report Summary and Remarks Project: Almresi Mountainside Building Project: 2019 8937 Scope: The Test and Balance (TAB) scope of work consisted of(VAV)-5, Exhaust Fan(EF)-1, (Pump)-1, Valves-6,Not in contract: AHU Procedures: VAV'S The associated VAV's were indexed to full cooling, calibrated and outlets proportioned for design airflow. After each VAV was calibrated, the VAV was indexed to minimum and heating airflow settings with design and measured values recorded on the VAV test report pages. Exhaust Fans with Grilles and Hoods The exhaust fans were energized, measured and set for total airflow. The associated inlets were balanced as noted in this report. The Exhaust Air CFM was measured as individually listed under each unit. Final settings and performance measurements were completed, and data recorded on to the appropriate test report forms. Hydronic Systems The Circulation Pumps were indexed to full flow conditions. Initial pump performance and final pump performance was set and noted in this report. The final system settings were completed, and final performance data was recorded. The water coils were index to full flow conditions. Each coil was then balanced using the circuit setters for the most accurate measurement; in lieu of coil pressure drops. The test results and issues are reported on the individual test pages. Schematic Line Diagrams Report includes reduced mechanical drawings used for the test and balance work. These "Keyed Drawing"were used in place of single line schematic diagrams and include the unique designations for the tested items in the final TAB report. Submittals: Submittals were not provided for the project. to +/-10% of design flow rates Any values outside the specified tolerances are noted on the Equipment Comment Log and the individual test report pages.
