The Aspen Street Lodge project is Zoned mixed use(MU),and is a commercial hotel project with some units being affordable housing. Heights were determined using the top most portion of the structure for roofs with a pitch less than 3:12, 1/2 distance between the eave point to the ridge on roofs with a slopes between 3:12 and 7:12 and 1/3rd distance between the eave point to the ridge on roof on roof slopes greater than 7:12 per Land Use Code 26.575.020 Section F. Said measurements were taken on October 30th, November 1st,2018,&April 30th,2020. As-built topography elevation shots were taken on April 8th,9th,15th,&May 6th,2020.
