On Sept.30 2021 David Coon Aspen City Forester inspected tree#14 in the right-of-way which is being requested to be added to removal list due to conflicts with the buried driveway which needs to be removed.As it is not feasible to remove the driveway without removing almost half of the tree's root system,the tree may be removed with an assessed value of$3,611.00.Tree plantings,landscaping,front walk,and water line locations have all been redesigned as part of this change order per the Landscape Sheet Set dated 11/19/2020.No new/additional trees will be planted to offset new mitigation assessed,thus the net mitigation due for this change order is$3,611.00 which must be paid cash-in-lieu to the City of Aspen prior to the release of this permit.
