Permit Comments Engineering: Coordinate parking spaces with Parking Department. Coordinate and obtain tree permit with Parks Department(970-920-5120). Permittee shall utilize erosion control measures(rock sock bags,inlet bags,dandy bags,etc)to prevent erosion and degradation of water quality. Road Closures: Any road closure should be communicated to the city at least 72 hrs in advance. Dispatch(920-5310)must be notified at beginning and end of day during closure. Lane closures are permitted only between 7:30 a.m.and 5:30 p.m.,Monday through Friday,unless approved for work activity outside the specified time frame. Driveways and garages must remain open at all times. Excavation: Excavations,backfill testing and placement must meet COA Engineering standards.
