Department, with a larger capacity transformer to
accommodate the new house. .
Attached is the memo from the fire suppression
contractor verifying that a 2" line is adequate and
anything smaller would be inadequate.

The pavers set in sand are a requirement for the
snowmelt system to work effectively. The pavers
will be counted as a green roof per COA's URMP
based on the grass strip between pavers. The
pavers will not be pervious pavers as previously
designed but rather a green roof.
Floating sidewalk was for pedestrian access walk off of
Hallam Street - now exists as concrete pavers rather than
concrete walk
