COORDINATION QUESTIONS, THE CONTRACTOR IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING CLARIFICATION FROM
DESIGNWORKS, INC. BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE
WORK IN QUESTION OR ANY RELATED WORK.
THESE DESIGN DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS
REPRESENT THE FINISHED PRODUCT. THEY DO NOT
INDICATE THE METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION.
DO NOT SCALE DRAWINGS. WRITTEN DIMENSIONS
TAKE PRECEDENCE. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, THE
CONTRACTOR WILL VERIFY AND BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE CORRECTNESS OF DIMENSIONS

DAMAGE TO EXISTING UTILITIES AND BUILDING

ACCOMMODATE "NOT IN CONTRACT WORK". WHEN
INFORMATION IS INADEQUATE, REQUEST FURTHER
INSTRUCTION BEFORE PROCEEDING.

NOTES AND DETAILS ON DRAWINGS SHALL TAKE
PRECEDENCE OVER GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
NOTES AND TYPICAL DETAILS. WHERE NO DETAILS
ARE SHOWN, CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM TO
SIMILAR WORK ON THE PROJECT.
