Dear Mr. Lindt:
We represent Pyramid Peak Properties, a Colorado general partnership
and owner of that property located within the City of Aspen known as Lot 36,
West Aspen Subdivision, Filing No. 1. Pyramid Peak Properties has recently
constructed two condominium units upon the property and in connection
therewith, has produced a Condominium Plat Map for the property to be filed in
the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder's Office.
Pursuant to my conversations with Ms. Joyce Ohlsen, please find
enclosed herein three (3) sets of the Condominium Plat for your review, as well
as the required filing fee of $43 5.00. Please contact me directly with any
comments, questions or amendments you feel are necessary so that we may
arrange with the surveyor to make any further modifications as soon as
possible. Otherwise, if the Plat is acceptable, please arrange for the City's
execution of the Plat on the applicable certificates set forth thereon.
