The change in overall heights and grading can be seen on- (Architectural Sheets) G012 ROOF HEIGHTS, (Civil Sheets) C4 Grading & Drainage Plan • We have maintained the grade relationship to the historic house, and the new house. the grade raised as the house raised in space. We also are now sloping the patio given that the entire system has changed.
