#203172022.pdf
In the original permit review
there was a lot of discussion on
the extents of the pervious paver
patio and ensuring no damage to
the existing trees. The new
proposed plan extends further
into the tree dripline. From the
architectural sections it appears
the project proposes to build up
grade and not excavate at all
within the drip line. Verify with
Parks Dept the proposed
excavation and added fill to
accommodate the proposed
snowmelt patio does not
damage the existing trees. In the
response to comments verify the
statement is correct that there
will be no cut and call out the
maximum amount of fill within
the drip lines.

Pavers will no longer be pervious pavers
and will not require extensive excavation
that the pervious paver section required.
Coordination with Parks department has
been conducted to approve paver layout
within tree driplines.
