Wall "X" is along grid 4 and an existing window
is being removed and filled in with wall (no demo)
This chimney is now included in the demo calcs.
This looks strange because I did not show the
existing deck and 42" walls that are being
demo'd.

Roof not demo'd. Graphics were inconsistent
but have now been reconciled.
Yes, good catch that I overlooked but we are adding
on here for the new stair. The wall is now shown as
demolished on the demo calcs.

Revised per front porch definition (the front
entry is less than 30" above grade and covered but the
adjacent area is not covered).
Questionable about being at grade (there is a pond
along the South edge) but is under deck so either
way is exempt.
Graphics were inconsistent. I have revised
on all drawings to be shown consistently.
