approve anything not approved
by the manufacturer.

shown in architectural plans
complies with the manufacturer's
installation requirements.

Stellar “Bay-Modern-Open Hearth” gas fireplace. This fireplace opening (no glass) to be 5’ wide x 2’ high x
30” deep. Approximately 70’ of 14” B-vent flue, offsets, and power-vented termination with sound reduction
chamber and mechanical power damper. Modern look with a ribbon burner down the long axis. Will require
120VAC, 5 amp power to fireplace and power-damper location. 1,200 CFM of make-up air to be provided by
Mechanical contractor. 80,000 BTU capacity
