Please revise this plan sheet, as well as, Sheet A7.29 accordingly. 01/21/2020 Per the PUD: Decks, balconies, stairways and similar features: Structures that exceed thirty inches above Accepted or Finished Grade, and that are not covered by a roof or architectural projection form a building, are exempt from Floor Area for up to fifteen percent of the maximum Floor Area allowed. Any areas in excess of fifteen percent of allowed area shall be counted toward Floor Area. Please verify that the changes proposed are consistent with the above language and do not change the deck exemption calculations. Please add topographic contours to this site plan. The fence height includes the height of the retaining wall. Please measure from the inside as it is more restrictive. The mechanical pit is lower on the inside. Please provide detail which shows the height for both mechanical areas. The fence for the mechanical pit behind the front facade of the residence may be 6' total. The fence height includes the height of the retaining wall (please provide retainng wall detail if one exists). Measure the height of the fence from the most restrictive grade. The fence including the retaining wall and from the most restrictive grade may be 42" total. These locations are street facing and forward of the structure and therefore limited to 42" from finished grade. For the enclosure on the west side of the residence, please add gate detail.
