As-Built Drainage Memo
Dear City of Aspen Engineering:
This memo addresses Civil Engineering aspects of the proposed project at 533 W Hallam Street in the City
of Aspen and is intended to be verification for the project with the City of Aspen Engineering Department.
The drainage BMPs were reviewed over the course of the fall during installation. Additional verification
was provided by verifying grades on the site as discovered by Drake Consulting, Inc. on January 31, 2023.
Site grading and drainage, sump pump, cleanouts, no-infiltration pavers (gravel), rain gardens, and reverse
trench drain flow spreader were observed to be installed per the Change Order #2 Civil Permit Plans dated
August 3, 2022.
We hope this memo is enough for the as-built drainage approval for the development of this site. Please
