ITEMS:
1. Sheet A.3.02, A.3.03, A.6.03: Fireplace Model Specification
These Fireplace replacement was presented for the permit. The client wants to use different models. The
number of fireplaces remain, we are just switching model numbers. Please see attached manuals.
2. Sheet A.3.03: Attic Access
A new attic door access has been added in the ceiling of the Master Closet (Upper Level)
3. Sheet A.3.01: Lower Level Stair Wall
The permitted plan showed a section of the wall to be glass. We are changing it to a framed wall.
4. Sheets A.3.04, A.4.02:: Chimney Removal
The home has a fake chimney (outside) that is now used for anything, because both fireplaces are gas.
This proposal would remove it, and close the opening on the roof.
