Seating plan has been added on A-013. Exit pathways
have been adjusted around the furniture. Per 1108.2.9,
all furniture must be accessible. Occupant load was
adjusted based on third party reviewer comment
regarding A-2 occupancy as 97 occupants, which is
more restrictive.
The shaft and the doors will be 1 hour rated.
This has been noted on the details on sheet
A-409. Please note that the Zoning Dept
has requested we remove the opening from
Res 1. So, the dumbwaiter is now
accessible from Res 2 only.
Thermal bridging has been accounted for on
the revised COMcheck. This particular
location does have insulation. The graphic
representation has been corrected.
