A 30 mil PVC liner has been called out in plan view for the pavers under the entry. It will extend to the property line. These truncated domes have been removed. The sidewalk and front entry has been re- graded. The sidewalk drains toward The grass buffer. The sidewalk doesn't drain into the on site infrastructure. The longitudanal slope of the sidewalk has been changes so there is no low point. Flow will follow the west side of the sidewalk until it flow to the curb and gutter near the east to west ADA ramp at the intersection. The screened rock bed is not an infiltration BMP, therefore the runoff must receive treatment before the rock bed. Please have all runoff infiltrate through the bioretention media. Past comments apply with infiltration rate of media to ensure all runoff is treated for the WQCV. If centerline is not accurate, then sawcutmust be adjusted to extend to the centerline of Aspen St. The perforated under drain is connected to the second orifice plate. The orifice plate is now attached to the perforated under drain. Below this under drain is PVC liner which also directs runoff to the perforated under drain. The perforated under drain is called out in plan view and on the storm drain profiles. This detail has been changes to show the orifice plate. These storm drains now daylight above the medium. The infiltration rate of the medium is not needed as the bio-pond/ swales/plater have enough capcity above the finished grade surface and the bottom of the weirs for the WQCV. Additional survey was obtained to determine the expect location of the crown and center line. The center line and crown have been shown and the saw cut line adjusted.
