Drainage Letter for Permit Change Order
Jack:
You may recall reviewing the engineering drawings and drainage package associated with the
redevelopment of 1320 Mountain View Drive under permit number 0023.2019.
Just prior to receiving the building permit in 2019, the owner of the property engaged a new
landscape architect for the project – LIFT Studio. Having anticipated their recommended site plan
changes would add impervious area to the project, we revised our drainage calculations
accordingly for the resubmittal package dated May 03, 2019. These were the drainage calculations
approved as part of the building permit, but the drawings were not updated at that time. Now, our
team is submitting for a change order to the building permit for purposes of incorporating the new
site plan into the project.
I have reviewed all the drainage calculations and confirmed they conform to the drainage package
dated May 03, 2019. Since no updates are required to the report, it is not being resubmitted with
the updated drawings for the change order.
