Construction Management Plan
1.) Intro: The project at 731 S Mill St # 2D will include 940 sf. of interior renovation. No exterior
work will be performed and no soil will be disturbed
2.1) Disturbance area: 0 sf. Soil disturbance
2.2) Location: see map below, 5.6
2.3) Description: The 940 sf. of interior renovation will take place in an existing multifamily
apartment building in unit 2D. Building type is R2.
3.1) Permits: Building Permit, electrical, plumbing, Mechanical will be applied for as appropriate.
3.2) Project notification : Neighbors have been notified and approval has been granted by the HOA.
3.3 Signs- A sign shall be provided that meets the requirements of the City Municipal code
26.510.030B4

4.1) Dates of Construction:
Construction will commence on June 15tht and will be complete before Labor Day.
4.2) Hours of Construction:
Construction will take place between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM Monday- Friday, and 9:00 AM-
5:00 pm on Saturdays. No construction will take place during holidays or on Sundays, or during Food
and Wine.
4.3) Phasing: All work will be completed in 1 phase of construction.
4.4) Adjoining Properties – HOA has given approval. Construction will take place at time of year when
most neighboring units are uninhabited, mitigating effects on the neighbors.
4.5) Project Fencing- N/A, Interior Renovation
4.6 ) Public Health and Welfare- N/A- Interior Renovation
4.7) Natural Environment- N/A Interior Renovation
5.1) Right of Way Management -ROW shall not be encroached upon
5.2) Emergency Vehicle Access- Roads shall not be blocked; Continuity of access for emergency vehicles
shall be maintained at all times for this and surrounding projects.
5.3) Construction Parking- This project will have a minor impact. Employee carpooling will be
encouraged, with no more than 3 construction vehicles on site at one time.
5.4) Project Staging –Materials will be stored in the parking spot associated with the apartment to be
renovated.
5.5) Right of Way Limitations- No ROW encroachments are anticipated. N/A

5.7) Waste Management - Recycling and Trash to be located in parking area associated with apartment
#2D.
6.1) general traffic control: N/A – No traffic control officer will be required for this project
6.2) Haul Routes : N/A- No heavy equipment is anticipated
6.3) On site Vehicle Limitations - Workers will be encouraged to carpool. No more than 3 work trucks
will be on site each day. Permission to use parking spots associated with neighboring apartments have
been requested as neighbors are out of town during construction . If Permission is withdrawn,
construction parking permits will be requested from the city.
6.4) Delivery Requirements- No more than one delivery at a time.
6.5) Traffic Control Plan N/A – There will be no need to close down any public streets or R.O.W’s
