The owner has revised the lower level floor plan. Revised architectural drawings documenting this revision along with corresponding MEP, Structural,
and lighting docs have been provided. The fixture count has not changed. The floor area has not changed. In addition the electrical service has been
changed to 3 phase power instead of single phase as there are only 3 phase transformers in the project vicinity.
