RE: Permit # 0197.2019.arbk_additional Narrative_ CHANGE ORDER #2
Dear Building Officials,
In addition to the REMP fee calculation and layout drawings previously submitted (11/19) please accept
this letter as a further explanation of additional items relating to Change Order 2. Further, no
intersection with previous approvals or agencies is anticipated.
1. Minor framing changes are proposed on the main level floor; in the dining room #102, at the
stair opening #105 and at the master bathroom shower, rm #111. Please reference Structural
drawing S1.02. Changes to the framing are clouded as change # 2.
2. S1.01 – Lower level framing and foundation plan. Rudd Construction would like to propose
changes described on this sheet. We propose a gas line chase from the lower level mechanical
room # 014, up onto the West wall of the Garage 101. It will be in an accessible chase
throughout.
3. Relocation of a drain line from under a tree drip‐line at the edge of Fox Crossing Park. This was
requested by Dave Radeck and incorporated into the civil design by Josh Rice. Please reference
further revisions to the Civil design. CO #2 changes highlighted in yellow on sheets C2.0 and
C3.1.
If you require anything further, please advise.
Very truly yours,
Willis Pember, AIA

Willis I do believe this is our inspection sheet for Mitch Miller’s walk-through special inspections wasrequested to see if this was possible and or acceptable by the building department as I recall MitchMiller did not have a problem with the way we ran these utilities due to the fact that we had no otheraccess around the garage steel The perimeter of the dirt and dug a hole is reinforced by ABS 18 inchpipe with sleeves and separation Hopefully this is suffice for the building department for it was our Bestoption
